Rate Limiting

Running a public service that uses significant ressources for each request can be hard.
To give all users the best possible experience we do perform rate limiting (and caching).

If you are not signed in to a tech playground account we rate limit your requests based on your public IP address.

We also keep the right to change our rate limiting approach at any time for any reason,
to block IP addresses that abuse our free service
or to otherwise intervene in what we deem inappropriate usage of tech playground.
